• Guide potential buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
• Collaborate closely with experienced agents to learn the nuances of client service and sales.
• Promptly follow up on leads provided by our team, maintaining a high level of engagement.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best light.
• Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy.
• Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to support the sales process.

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and follow up on leads.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes in real estate sales.
