The position is responsible for global assignment services to our clients and their employees and families, coordinating the smooth transition of the assignee and family to their new location, and providing ongoing support during the assignment, including repatriation where appropriate.

Accountabilities
This role will deliver the range of relocation services offered by Sterling Lexicon to its client base and to deliver financial and operational value to Sterling Lexicon.
Key Responsibilities
File Management : learn and administer client's policies; develop relationships with clients; answer client queries about the moving process; provide requested information in a timely manner; return calls or respond within 24 hours; escalate cost overruns to the line manager; liaise with moving services department; initiate processes; manage Transit Cover; respond to assignee queries before the move is passed to a dedicated Consultant; perform cost comparisons; manage billing files; assist with audits and follow-ups; answer cost sheets and invoices questions; meet KPIs.Client Liaison : keep the client informed of progress; ensure client satisfaction; support relevant Manager or CSM at client meetings; update client documentation as needed; follow up with agents for backups; keep Helix updated with complete notes for client view; ensure data accuracy for client reports.Team : provide support to all members; suggest process improvements and cost savings; assist team with assignee file management and daily coverage; update documentation as requested.Qualifications
