End User Specialist IV

The Alaka'ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is seeking an End User Specialist IV to support our government customer in Maui, Hawai'i

Responsibilities :

• Provide qualified on-site technicians for configuration, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and security devices.
• Ensure continuous network access, perform troubleshooting, and maintain system security and performance.
• Maintain UPS capabilities for critical network components to ensure system availability.
• Install, operate, and maintain vulnerability management hardware / software; enforce security policies and record compliance.
• Manage network hardware including Cisco switches, routers, encryption devices, fiber optics, and cabling.
• Utilize network management tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, Cisco ISE, and others for system monitoring and management.
• Configure and secure network devices for NIPRNet and SIPRNet per DISA STIGs and other security guidelines.
• Identify vulnerabilities, perform patching, and ensure 100% compliance with security standards.
• Respond to network issues, perform cryptographic rekeys, and support customer tickets with defined response times.
• Maintain network databases, diagrams, and documentation, including change management records.
• Support installation, integration, and inspection activities for network systems and security compliance.
• Manage communication systems including Windows and Linux workstations, VTCs, and mobile devices, using tools like SCCM and Remedy.
• Track change requests, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders for network modifications.
• Apply security patches, review vulnerability scans, and perform system troubleshooting to maintain security posture.
• Provide end-user support, including remote troubleshooting and coordination for on-site repairs.
• Manage software licenses and ensure all documentation and records are up to date.
