A company is looking for a Client Service Associate (level 1) to oversee client accounts and assist in project management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. / Strategic / Principal Client Service Manager in supporting client accounts and project management
Proactively communicate account status and ensure all tasks are documented according to internal guidelines
Interface with clients and internal team members to address questions and ensure quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the employee benefits / benefit administration industry
Bachelor's degree or related field experience
Proven experience in supporting client relationships and delivering exceptional service
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive results
Highly accountable and proactive in taking initiative and following through on tasks
