We're seeking Caring Professionals CNAs, PCAs, Nursing Assistants, or Nursing Students who are looking to build a meaningful career, not just fill a shift. If you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference, we'd love to connect.

Pay Rates

  • PCA : $15.00 / hr
  • Nursing Assistant : $15.50 / hr
  • CNA : $16.50 / hr Earn an extra $0.50 / hr after completing required training!

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care : bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
  • Help with meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Provide transportation to errands or appointments
  • Use dementia-safe care techniques to support families

    • What We're Looking For

  • Valid CNA license or PCA certification
  • A gentle, respectful, and professional approach to care
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
  • Comfortable with pets (dogs and cats)
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Must pass a criminal background check
