Perform routine and complex diagnostic testing on biological specimens

Interpret and troubleshoot quality control data, ensuring compliance with lab standards

Respond to inquiries regarding test results and work closely with healthcare providers

Maintain accurate records and documentation in lab information systems

Provide instruction to students and new team members as needed
