This role involves driving and requires an armed guard card / license. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a residential environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate de-escalation and emergency response techniques as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter, both on foot and / or by vehicle, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.

Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

Work collaboratively with on-site staff and local law enforcement when necessary, following established protocols.

Maintain a professional demeanor while carrying or handling authorized firearms in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
