Alternate Facility Security Officer

Piper Companies is currently looking for an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in RTP, NC. This AFSO will join a large global enterprise company looking to secure industrial and personnel security. Requirements for an Alternate FSO include :

• Assist the primary facility security officer (FSO) when they are out of office
• Handle the safeguarding of classified information and conduct briefings for protecting, transmitting, and storing national security information.
• Specialize in developing, evaluating, and implementing compliance and monitoring activities, including adherence to Standardized Practice and Procedures (SPP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), DD254 and CUI implementation.
• Must have an advanced understanding of Networking Systems and Data Security
