  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Tech, Brand, and Creative to ensure flawless launch readiness.
  • Repurpose top-performing content from social, influencer, and retail channels for use in site and marketplace marketing.
  • Connect insights across Morphe.com, Amazon, Ulta.com, and international markets — identifying what’s selling, what’s trending, and why.
  • Maintain a unified eCommerce calendar, aligning all digital and marketing milestones in one place.
  • Brief internal and external creative teams on needed assets and manage deliverables to launch.
  • Monitor site merchandising daily — adjusting featured products, hero banners, and navigation placements to reflect campaign priorities and inventory levels.
  • Audit product listings, pricing, and reviews on Amazon and other retail partner sites to ensure brand consistency and identify optimization opportunities.

Performance Reporting

  • Stay current on eCommerce and digital retail trends, sharing insights that inform future merchandising and content strategies.
  • Develop post-launch recaps summarizing key metrics, learnings, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Track key KPIs such as traffic, conversion, CTR, and AOV, and make data-driven recommendations to improve eCommerce performance.
