Long-Term Disability Claims Advisor

A company is looking for a Long Term Disability Claims Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a workload of Long-Term Disability claims independently, conducting interviews and reviewing medical records

Collaborate with case managers and medical professionals to make ethical and timely claim determinations

Provide exceptional customer service and proactively identify customer needs and opportunities

Required Qualifications

4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

1+ years of long-term disability claims experience directly aligned with the specific responsibilities for this role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
