About Aidoc

Aidoc helps health systems deliver smarter and faster care when it matters most. Its mission is to transform patient outcomes through 'always on' clinical AI, eliminating preventable care gaps that lead to loss of lives and disabilities. Through our proprietary aiOS™ platform, Aidoc seamlessly integrates real-time intelligence into provider workflows, helping physicians make faster clinical decisions for over 45 million patients a year. With the most FDA-cleared AI solutions in its category and deployments across 150+ health systems globally, Aidoc elevates the physician and patient experience.

Backed by General Catalyst, Square Peg, NVentures (NVIDIA's venture arm), and four major U.S. health systems, Aidoc has raised $370 million to date, including a recent $150 million round to accelerate development of CARE™, its clinical-grade foundation model.

About this role

We are looking to hire a Regional Account Director (VA) focused on the VISN market across the United States.

VA hospitals face unique and urgent challenges : rising patient demand, clinician shortages, complex care coordination needs, and strict procurement processes that can slow access to innovative solutions. These challenges are compounded by the need to serve a diverse veteran population with a wide range of medical and service-connected conditions-often across large geographic networks.

Clinical AI is rapidly emerging as a critical tool to help the VA deliver faster diagnoses, streamline care coordination, and enhance patient outcomes, all while improving clinician efficiency. But to succeed, technology providers must navigate the VA's specific organizational structure, contracting vehicles, and compliance requirements to deliver solutions that work seamlessly across facilities and the Veterans Health Administration network.

As a Regional Account Director (Veterans Affairs) at Aidoc, you will drive the adoption of our enterprise AI platform (aiOS) and AI-powered clinical solutions across VA medical centers and integrated networks. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, leveraging your knowledge of VA procurement, contracting, and clinical operations to build multi-year partnerships that deliver measurable clinical and operational impact.

You'll work closely with VA executives, clinical leadership, and procurement officers to show how Aidoc's solutions accelerate care, improve clinical decision-making, and support the VA's mission to provide world-class care for our nation's veterans. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a sales leader who understands the complexities of the VA system and can deliver transformative results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the VA Sales Cycle : Lead the full enterprise sales process with VA facilities and networks, from opportunity identification to contract execution, navigating VA procurement and contracting requirements.
  • Build Strategic VA Relationships : Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with VA executives, clinical leaders, and contracting officers to align Aidoc's solutions with veteran care priorities.
  • Accelerate Adoption & Growth : Drive new business and expand existing relationships within the VA, ensuring high-value, long-term adoption of Aidoc's AI platform.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with internal clinical, technical, and government affairs teams to ensure strategies and solutions meet VA compliance and operational needs.
  • Manage Pipeline & Forecasts : Maintain accurate forecasting, track opportunities in CRM, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in the VA segment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS solution selling - preferably in the provider / Veterans Affair space selling medical imaging, clinical decision support, or healthcare analytics - with at least 5+ years selling into the VISN market.
  • Proven track record of navigating VA procurement processes, including working with contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA, SEWP, or VA-specific IDIQs) and compliance requirements.
  • Established relationships with VA executives, clinical leaders, and procurement officials, with the ability to influence complex decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new enterprise business opportunities across both new and existing accounts, driving growth and expanding the customer base.
  • Consistent history of success in exceeding targets and delivering results in a high-stakes, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Working at Aidoc

We're a dynamic, collaborative and fast growing team of more than 400 global employees, committed to improving the world of healthcare. We're looking for mission-driven people excited to do transformative work.

We have offices in Tel Aviv and New York City, but Aidoc is a remote-first workplace. We're able to hire US-based employees across the continental United States, although certain roles may be region-specific.

    What we offer :

  • A range of medical, dental and vision benefits
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • 20 days of paid vacation, plus sick days and holidays
  • A 401(k) plan, life insurance, plus long and short term disability
  • The opportunity to directly improve medical care and impact patient outcomes
  • Aidoc is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, and to the principle of equal opportunity for all individuals. We prohibit harassment of any type as well as discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
