Providence Medical Group Monroe is seeking a pediatrician to join a busy, collaborative, team-oriented, respectful, and inclusive place to work. Our pediatric department is staffed by 2 pediatricians, 1 pediatric PA-C, and are supported by a dedicated group of RNs, MAs, and administrative staff. Our mission is to care for all pediatric patients regardless of their background, insurance status, or ability to pay. We provide high-quality care to our patients and value work-life balance for our clinicians and caregivers.

• Outpatient only
• Epic EMR, dragon and DAX
• On-call triage RN service all days of the year (including overnight)
• Onsite services include MRI, CT, US, x-ray and lab
• 10 - 30-year tenured clinical team with low turnover
• Continuing Medical Education benefits include 40 hours of CME time and $3,500 for approved medical education expenses (prorated for FTE)
• Paid professional and DEA licensure as well as approved medical society memberships / dues.
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement - 457(b) and 403b plans
• Compensation is between $221,674 and $317,537 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers have CME benefits available to them.
