Senior IT Deskside Support Analyst Executive Support

The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for all end-user technology needs, delivering proactive and responsive support to ensure seamless operations for executives whether they are onsite, remote, or traveling. Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated IT support liaison for executive leadership, ensuring uninterrupted access to systems, devices, and applications
• Provide critical support for meetings, presentations, and confidential executive sessions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity across various platforms and devices
• Manage full lifecycle of executive hardware and software, including setup, upgrades, and refresh
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and asset tracking systems
• Develop documentation and knowledge articles tailored to executive user needs
• Mentor and train other IT analysts on best practices for VIP support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, anticipating their needs and advocating for their technology experience
