Job Description

Title : Building Engineer

Location : Chevy Chase, MD

Shift : M-F 11 : 30am - 8pm

Duration : 6 Months(Potential to convert to FTE)

Overview of Work Environment / Client Nuances :

  • Possible travel between local locations to perform maintenance

Team Overview :

  • Working as part of team with another building engineer and other Maintenance Techs

    • Resources typical working day :

  • Doing checks around the building
  • HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing
  • General building maintenance

    • Licenses / Certifications :

  • HVAC or electrical licenses are a plus but not required

    • Must Have Skills :

  • HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Time management skills

    • Nice to have skills :

  • Specific commercial, building engineer experience

    • Years of Experience :

  • 5+ years

    • Education

  • H.S. diploma, trade school is a plus but not required

    • Software skills :

  • Work order system knowledge
  • iPad experience
