Manager (SME)

📍 Northern Virginia Area

📌 Full-Time| On-Site | Contingent Upon Award

Synertex LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Manager (SME) role in support of a mission-critical program. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME will provide leadership and management expertise to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and mission success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage program operations across multiple functional areas.
  • Develop strategic goals, objectives, and plans in alignment with sponsor mission requirements.
  • Oversee program staffing, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to government leadership on management practices and improvements.
  • Coordinate and oversee financial, administrative, and technical activities within the program.
  • Mentor and guide subordinate managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of management experience, including federal or IC programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • PMP or other professional management certification.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs in DoD / IC environments.
