Job Description :

We are seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Direct Care Worker. This role focuses on enhancing the physical and mental well-being of individuals with special needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive and safe living environment, monitoring progress, and reporting on individual achievements.

Locations : Fort Gratiot

Shifts : Full-time and part-time positions available, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. Shifts vary and include afternoons, midnights, and weekends.

Rate of Pay : $16.40 to $21.54 per hour, including State of MI premium pay, based on relevant experience and education.
