Job Title : Sr Project Manager

Location : Westbrook, ME

Work Type : Hybrid Preferred (But will consider local folks on priority basis for hybrid onsite schedule)

About This Project :

You will plan projects, track progress, manage timelines, coordinate with teams across time zones, handle risks, ensure delivery, and keep leadership updated. Work involves both Agile & Waterfall environments, and may include areas like security, SAP, and Microsoft 365 depending on assignments.

Day To Day responsibility :

Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end (planning ? execution ? delivery).

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones & deliverables.

Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Run meetings, track tasks, assign work, and drive decisions.

Monitor progress, identify risks / issues, and implement fixes.

Communicate updates to stakeholders & leadership regularly.

Handle scope changes, resource allocation & scheduling conflicts.

Track project budget, costs, approvals, and financial changes.

Ensure delivery aligns with business needs and compliance standards.

Maintain documentation and prepare status reports.

PM tools (Jira / MS Project)

IT environment understanding

Experience with distributed teams
