Transmission Repairs & Rebuilds : Perform in-depth inspections, repairs, and rebuilds on transmission systems. Advanced Diagnostics : Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and ensure precise and efficient repairs. Quality Repairs : Deliver accurate, high-quality work to exceed customer expectations and ensure vehicle performance and safety. Warranty Repairs : Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance. Workstation Management : Keep your tools and workspace well-organized and ready for daily operations. Efficient Time Management : Balance multiple repair orders while maintaining high standards and minimizing customer downtime. Team-Oriented Environment : Collaborate with service advisors, parts departments, and other technicians to complete jobs efficiently. Problem Solving : Tackle complex transmission challenges with the support of experienced colleagues and management. Transmission Repair Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Automotive Transmission Technician. Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of transmission systems, including repair, rebuild, and diagnostics. High School Diploma or Equivalent : Required. Vocational Training or Certification : Preferred in automotive transmission repair is highly valued. Driver’s License : A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential for test-driving and transporting vehicles.
