The HCP Marketing Lead for US Torso is the responsible for creating and driving the overall HCP strategy, content creation and tactics for Novocure's therapy, Tumor Treating Fields, including Optune Lua in NSCLC (mNSCLC). This individual will be responsible for core HCP-facing promotional tactics including field sales resources and digital projects. They will drive the strategy, content creation, and execution plan for P2P activities.
The individual will work closely with a multitude of cross-functional partners including Commercial Insights, Digital Marketing, Patient Experience Team, Legal, Medical Affairs, Business Operations and Global partners to ensure full organizational alignment with the commercialization strategy for Torso and across the franchise. Seeking a candidate with ability for creative thinking who can provide fresh approaches to HCP marketing, build an impactful & focused Torso patient brand plan and effectively execute tactics for market delivery.
This is a full-time, exempt position located in our Chesterbrook, PA office, reporting to the Director of Torso Marketing. Flexible arrangements may be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the global and US Torso marketing teams to develop strategy and build tactics to drive HCP acceptance and adoption of Optune Lua
- Develop the HCP promotional marketing materials for the field sales team, partner with sales leadership (NSD, RBDs) to understand their needs, and together with learning and development (L&D), develop HCP material roll-out plans
- Incorporate feedback from sales team, HCPs, FIT team & insights from research into the building of future tactics
- Partner with the Torso Regional Marketers to build stalwart relationships and treatment advocacy with key customers such as medical oncologists and other stakeholders
- Develop the content for P2P presentations and for training of HCP speakers
- Partner with the digital marketing team for optimal planning and execution of non-personal promotion tactics (e.g., websites, paid media, social media including channel prioritization and budget allocation
- Frequent cross-functional collaboration with multiple internal groups (e.g., sales, patient experience, medical, compliance, legal, learning and development, revenue operations etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and consistency in execution
- Develop a ROI measurement plan to assess the effectiveness of key HCP programs and initiatives, optimizing investment for impact
- Proactively evaluates the effectiveness of promotional programs & vendors through metrics to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives, and evolve the patient marketing plan to raise the level of performance, finding ways to do more with less
- Oversee HCP advertising agencies and manage the HCP marketing budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and accountability for matching expenses with approved budgets
- Apply creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in addressing opportunities and solving complex business and marketplace issues
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure activities meet expected standards
- Support the maintenance of existing HCP facing materials for Optune Lua for the treatment of metastatic pleural mesothelioma
- Travel is a required component of this job. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 30% of the time (weekends, as needed)
