Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with precision and timeliness.

Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP / IFRS.

Oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit activities.

Ensure strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting policies and procedures.

Provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas such as leases, capital projects, and accruals.

Mentor, coach, and develop accounting team members to support professional growth.

Partner with Finance Operations and FP&A teams to ensure alignment and financial transparency across the organization.

Qualifications

CPA designation required.

5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and / or IFRS.

Proven experience managing, developing, and motivating accounting teams.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
