Job Description :

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in fostering inclusive employment practices. The ideal candidate enjoys relationship building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and manage job requisitions through the applicant tracking system.
• Create and post job openings across multiple channels, including Paycom.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers through selection processes.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, community job fairs, and outreach efforts.
• Build relationships with local workforce programs, colleges, and community partners to expand candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices in alignment with organizational goals and values.
