1st shift schedule
M-F 6 : 00 am to 4 : 45 pm. Saturdays and Sundays with ever other Sunday off, 5 : 00 am to 1 : 00 pm depending on project.
Summary
Industrial Electrician is responsible for the installation of electrical systems and controls on LNG compression modules and related equipment. This role ensures safe and efficient operations on motors, switchgears, MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and control systems in accordance with company standards, safety regulations and industry codes.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit / cable tray using such tools as a hacksaw, pipe threader, rules, and conduit benders.
- Installation of cable glands. (CMP, Hawk Glands).
- Must have experience wiring control panels, Junction boxes and various instruments.
- Perform organized and professional wire terminations for reliability and appearance.
- Responsible for making final terminations on electrical equipment ranging from 24v control systems to 4160v medium -voltage systems Design layout and installation of electrical wiring based on job specification.
- Observes the functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement
