JOB DESCRIPTION\nJob Description\nLocated in Honolulu, HI\nSalary : Up to $40 / hr\nLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)\nPay Rate : $40 / hour\nExpress Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for various LTC or SNF across the island.\nThe ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in a variety of clinical settings.\nResponsibilities : \n

• Provide basic nursing care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.\n
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.\n
• Document patient care and report changes in condition to supervising staff.\n
• Support patients and families with education and emotional care.\n
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with healthcare regulations.\nQualifications : \n
• Current and valid State of Hawaii LPN License\n
• Minimum 6 months of recent LPN / RN experience (within the past 24 months / 2 years)\n
• Current CPR / BLS Certification\n
• Current TB / 2-Step TB / Chest X-Ray / QUANTIFERON\n
