We're expanding rapidly across prime locations in AZ, CA, FL, NY, and TX, and we need a passionate advocate to drive enrollment and build lasting relationships in your community. As our campus champion, you'll be deeply embedded in the local community (80% on-site), hosting dynamic information sessions, nurturing parent relationships, and building a network of passionate advocates. What You Will Be Doing

• Masterfully orchestrate the complete enrollment journey—from initial curiosity to waitlist placement
• Create and lead magnetic information sessions that transform interested parents into Alpha champions
• Immerse yourself in your local community through strategic event participation and relationship building
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with community leaders and organizations
• Provide data-driven insights on community engagement, conversion metrics, and growth opportunities

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
