EHS and Quality Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and oversee the Quality and EHS Departments within the site.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Support the development of EHS and technical safety, vision, goals and programs
• Budget responsibility for the site EHS Department
• Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an EHS Management System according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Conduct site wide training for EHS & Quality
• Understanding of Company Quality Mission and specific laboratory QC / QA protocols and corrective / preventative actions.
• Support and actively participate in Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar company programs.
• Assures that documented methods are always followed.
• Create training plan and schedule for all personnel in all required methods including required QC / QA.
