Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that respects diverse backgrounds.
• Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy designed to meet the unique needs of each client, guiding them on their journey to healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to empower clients throughout their mental health journey.
• Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, sharing your expertise to enhance overall client care.
• Ensure the timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver a holistic approach to mental health care.
