Goosehead Insurance is looking for an Account Executive to join one of their top performing franchise teams! The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through :

• Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 20 "A" rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

Highlights :

Includes aspects of both inside and outside sales

Account Executive compensation is comprised of a safety-net salary, new business commissions, renewal commissions, and bonuses. The pay range for an Account Executive is $40,000 - $270,000+

Requirements :

3.0+ GPA

Authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Obtain 2-20 Insurance License within 2 weeks of hire

Schedule : Full time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 – 5 : 00 pm
