Your day to day as An Instructional Coach
As a Contract Instructional Coach at Bailey Education Group, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing instructional practices by aligning with the Kentucky Academic Standards across K–12. You will leverage your deep knowledge of KAS to support teachers in designing high-quality, rigorous instruction that emphasizes key concepts such as problem solving, reasoning, and constructing arguments. Your role will include modeling effective teaching behaviors such as precision, strategic use of tools, and the importance of structure, while facilitating repeated reasoning in lesson planning.
By ensuring that instruction meets grade-level expectations and resonates with the unique demands of KAS, you will empower educators to foster a classroom environment that promotes collaborative learning and effective language arts and mathematical practices.
