Your Day as a Part-Time Driver

As a valued member of our transportation team, you will :

Safely operate large vans or shuttle buses

Assist clients in entering and exiting the vehicle with care and respect

Secure passengers with proper restraints to ensure safety

Follow all traffic laws and RTC Services policies to deliver a smooth, safe ride

Build positive relationships with clients and help them engage with their community

Are You the Right Fit?

We're looking for someone who has :

Experience driving large vans or shuttle buses

A High School Diploma or GED

A Valid Ohio Driver license

A  driving record with 4 or fewer points

Excellent communication skills

Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
