Delivery & Production Associate

Duncan-Parnell is continues to grow and needs to add a Delivery & Production Associate to our Charlotte team.  The Delivery & Production Associate will provide support to Duncan-Parnell’s logistics team.  This position is responsible for providing on-time, accurate and courteous delivery and pick-up of products and print jobs in the Charlotte area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Load, transport, and deliver products to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Review delivery orders and schedules to plan efficient delivery routes.
• Ensure all printed materials and other products are handled with care to maintain quality during transportation.
• Collect signatures and confirm deliveries with appropriate documentation.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (e.g., checking oil, tires).
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally and courteously.
• Ship and receive products and supplies.
• Scan large format documents for production team.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
