AdvisaCare is looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Home Health Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee our teams in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties . This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Michigan state Registered Nurse License , function confidently in a leadership role and possess a strong clinical background.

You will assist in being responsible for clinical oversight, educational support, and training of our nursing staff. This position offers flexible hours primarily in the office from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , 5 days a week , some field visits and travel to other AdvisaCare locations within the service area will be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Oasis documentation and chart audits to ensure compliance with State & CMS guidelines.
• Facilitate education, onboarding, and training programs for clinical staff.
• Perform supervisory visits to monitor clinical staff performance.
• Maintain open communication and a positive attitude while leading the clinical team.
• Other tasks as directed by the RN Clinical manager.
• Travel within the AdvisaCare service area as needed.
