Operations Associate
This is a remote position.
The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing customer data, providing customer support, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, have experience in customer service, and be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Management
- Analyze customer data to derive insights for service improvements
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Utilize Excel / Google Sheets to manipulate and analyze data effectively
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionallyManage customer support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficientlyEscalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessaryAdministrative Tasks
Perform various administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and schedulingSupport other departments with administrative tasks as requiredRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or customer support roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to work during US time zone hoursBenefits :
