About The Position

Job Title : Operating Room Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse

Specialty : Operating Room

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday - Friday

Hours per Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Experience : 1-2 years

License : Active Registered Nurse License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CNOR preferred

Must-Have : Experience with surgical assisted robots; DaVinci Xi robot experience for call cases; Ortho Total Joints with Mako robot and / or Globus for Ortho / Neuro Spine cases; high quality circulating skills in various surgical areas

Description :

Services include bariatrics, family medicine, inpatient rehab, internal medicine, lab, counseling, occupational health, orthopedics, pediatrics, surgery, urgent care, and more.

Equipped with DaVinci, Globus, and Mako robots to provide state-of-the-art care.

The unit features a 1 : 1 patient ratio in the operating room.

Documentation system currently uses paper for IntraOp, hospital utilizes Meditech.

Monday - Friday scheduling with post-shift and weekend call required.

Candidate must have two years of IntraOp circulating experience.

Advanced skills needed include some pediatric surgical experience along with ACLS and PALS certification.

Previous scrubbing experience is highly suggested.

The position involves various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, neurosurgical, and urology surgeries.
