Junior District Manager
Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.
We are looking to hire several Junior District Managers to work in various territories for 3-6 months at a time. We will provide lodging at an extended stay hotel and will provide a rental car, but the candidate will be responsible for personal food purchases. There is an expectation that after 3-6 months the Jr DM could be asked to relocate to another region to fill in for a time. The goal is that after a 1-2 years, they will be promoted into a District Manager position at a specific territory (no more "floating").
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Preferred majors: Professional Selling, Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, Communications
Preferred Program Experience:
- University Sales Programs (e.g., Baylor, UGA, Illinois State, FSU, Kennesaw State, Western Michigan, UT Dallas, UWEC)
- Participation in sales competitions, internships, or campus leadership programs
- Medical Sales Colleges

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support in open or underperforming territories
- Learn Biote products, processes, and selling approach through real-world experience
- Build relationships with provider offices in multiple markets
- Assist with prospecting, product presentations, onboarding, tradeshows, and event support
Path to Territory Ownership:
- Typical timeframe: 12 months depending on performance and business needs
- Evaluated based on initiative, sales activity, professionalism, adaptability, and results
- May receive permanent territory assignment with input from leadership team
Candidate Background:
- Internship or work experience in sales
- Participation in university sales programs or competitions
- A clear desire to break into medical sales (can articulate the "why")
- Flexibility to travel and/or relocate (domestic travel up to 75%)
