Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

• BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
