Key Responsibilities

Pursue new business development opportunities from capture decision to contract award

Identify and qualify federal contract opportunities through market research and networking

Lead the capture process by coordinating cross-functional teams to shape solutions and proposals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in information technology and Federal Government contracting

3+ years of capture management experience within the VA or other federal agencies

Proven expertise in full-lifecycle capture management and competitive analysis

Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition process and small business contracting methods
