From the moment a customer walks in, you create a warm, personalized experience. You listen, measure, and recommend styles that deliver comfort, support, and confidence. Whether it's someone seeking relief from foot pain or simply looking for their next favorite pair, you make the process effortless and fun.

You'll share your expertise, highlight new arrivals and rewards, and celebrate each perfect fit. Every conversation builds a connection-and every sale reflects your passion for helping people move through life in balance.

What You'll Do :

  • Deliver exceptional service through personalized sit-and-fit experiences, helping customers find shoes that deliver the perfect fit, comfort, and support
  • Use your growing product knowledge to explain the science behind Vionic's VIO MOTION™ technology and why it matters.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers-ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.
  • Promote our loyalty programs and share the benefits of wearable well-being.
  • Support store operations with enthusiasm, teamwork, and care.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive Pay : $13 / hour base pay plus commission, with progressive rates that grow as your total sales increase. Your success = your earning potential!
  • Flexible Scheduling : 15-25 hours per week, including a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
  • No work on major holidays - we prioritize family time.

    • What You Bring :

  • A customer-focused, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not required-we'll train you!).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers with shoe fittings.
