What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Director to join our dynamic and growing Investment Operations team. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute across a diverse portfolio spanning cryptocurrency, venture capital, public markets, and funds. As a key player in our operations, you will drive critical processes, enhance workflows, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure the seamless execution of investments and trades.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in financial services operations, with a passion for crypto markets, venture investing, and emerging technologies. You will be instrumental in building scalable solutions that support the firm’s growth while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Investment & Trade Operations

• Oversee daily custody and trade support for cryptocurrency, public market instruments, and venture investments, ensuring accurate trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Oversee and approve high‑value crypto and fiat transactions, applying operational due diligence and coordinating multi‑party sign‑off for large‑scale transfers.
• Lead the onboarding and integration of new trading platforms, fund managers, and counterparties, establishing operational workflows and aligning compliance and risk protocols.
• Develop and document scalable workflows and operational controls to support the expansion of the firm’s investment activities across asset classes.
