We are looking for a high quality, high character servant leader - someone that strives to make each day better than the last for themselves and those around them. We are seeking someone that will be able to help us out full-time (7a - 4p Monday - Friday, with less than five Saturdays worked per year). Pay based on experience.

Description & Duties :

• Receive incoming shipments of merchandise, equipment, and supplies for Piqua Hardware & Rentals and RCS Construction.
• Unload and inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and damages.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse as well as behind store.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
• Load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks or assist customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keep warehouse / parking lot clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and restocking shelves as needed.

General maintenance of rental equipment.
