Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location : Hartford, KY

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday–Thursday 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM; Friday 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Shift Length : 8.5 hours / day (includes 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks)

Position Overview :

A facility in Hartford, KY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with both in-patients and out-patients , delivering high-quality, individualized rehabilitation care.

Requirements :

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Experience with inpatient and outpatient populations preferred
