Job Description :
10+ Years of technical experience in Customer communication management products
Proven experience in migrating templates from Documaker to SmartComm (Must Have)
Experience in migration of Templates leveraging automated tools (Good to have)
Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms
Expertise in SmartComm template design, configuration, and deployment
Familiarity with Documaker architecture and template structure
Ability to work with XML, XSLT, and related technologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good Understanding of End to End Communication processes
Knowledge of automated PDF comparison utilities / tools for migration validation
Excellent understanding of Branding, compliance and communication standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-migration phases
Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement clarifications
