Key Responsibilities

Conduct investigations to identify properties at risk of repossession and assess their occupancy and lot rent status

Ensure legal compliance with all relevant laws and collaborate with legal professionals on regulatory changes

Communicate with community partners and investors regarding loan delinquency status and repossession plans

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in home loan repossession, preferably in the manufactured housing industry

Proven track record of achieving goals within timelines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Willingness to maintain a high level of integrity

Familiarity with technologies such as OneDrive, Asana, and proprietary software
