Job Title :  Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities :

  • Contact existing and potential customers to kindly provide information about our superb services
  • Happily answer customer questions regarding our pricing, billing, or service appointments
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
  • Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our helpful CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly call goals

Skills Required :

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a marvelous customer experience
  • Ability to skillfully navigate phone and CRM software systems
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Strong time management, organizational abilities and phone skills
  • Commitment to providing a positive customer experience

    Schedule :

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10am - 7pm (shift may vary)

    Saturday 9am - 6pm (shift may vary).

    Off Wednesday and Sunday

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $17.00 - $19.00
