Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Business Management Analyst to support one of our premier program areas in the Space, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This role will support the Space ISR Business Management Team. As a key member of the team, this position will support the day-to-day program execution for the program management teams and collaborate closely with various Senior Directors, Program Managers, customers, Leads, and other cross-functional groups.

What You Will Do :

• Support Space ISR as the communications lead
• Metrics development, collection, and dissemination to programs and internal customers
• Manage Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation of programmatic challenges that may include special projects for shaping customer communication and program growth potential
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing weekly, monthly metrics to ensure deliveries are met
• Maintain detailed dashboards and reports on project performance, including status, milestones, resource allocation, budget, risks, and issues
• Develop, execute, and maintain project plans, updating them to reflect changing requirements and priorities
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions to support the program in driving continuous improvement
• Plan, prepare packages, and coordinate all actions associated with the Space ISR Senior Leader monthly meetings

What We Offer :

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
