Job descriptionMust be at least 18 years of age. Maintain a valid driver's license. Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs. A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities. Prefer candidates to have at least 2-3 years of caregiving experience Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting at $18.55 per hour plus overtime eligible! About Agape of Appleton :
- A non-profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilities Responsibilities : Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
- Float between 2 to 3 programs Required to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week .
- Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.
