Quality Engineer

This position provides the successful candidate the opportunity to join our new SolarEdge manufacturing team and contribute to establishing this new operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Report to SolarEdge Quality Manager in NAM and be part of the SolarEdge team located at Jabil UT, USA.
• Support the Quality Manager to implement improved monitoring methods and conduct lesson-learn activities on the production line.
• Cooperate with Local EMS teams to monitor and improve the quality and performance of SolarEdge products manufactured in Jabil UT.
• Investigate root causes of workmanship-related failures and lead EMS teams for CAPA / SCAR implementation.
• Lead implementations of improvement plans and actions to improve production FPYs and fielded reliability.
• Cooperate with SolarEdge Headquarters Quality and Reliability members to support global quality and reliability targets and goals.
