Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and / or families Conduct psychological assessments as needed Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging What You’ll Need : Doctor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. Active CA BBS license (PsyDs) Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
