Position Overview :

Telly is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex software engineering programs across our platform. This role is essential in bringing structure, visibility, and executional excellence to our product development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, hardware, and QA teams to ensure high-impact features and updates ship on time and with quality.

While the core focus is general software engineering, the ideal candidate will have experience managing programs that span the full stack — from embedded systems and AOSP to backend services and cloud infrastructure. A strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and expertise in project tracking and stakeholder reporting is essential.

Responsibilities : Program Leadership :

• Own the delivery lifecycle of software engineering projects, and product initiatives from planning through execution.
• Drive alignment and execution across feature teams that span embedded, OS, application, and service layers.
