Fintube Technical Specialist

McElroy's Fintube Division is seeking a Fintube Technical Specialist who's passionate about solving complex problems, sharing technical knowledge, and driving innovation in heat exchanger and finning technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and a desire to grow into a leadership or advanced technical role.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support and training to distributors and customers, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on Fintube products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and hands-on training sessions in global markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to test, validate, and improve new product designs.
• Develop and deliver engaging product seminars and training materials, ensuring consistent technical messaging worldwide.
• Partner with customers to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems, helping them optimize performance and uptime.
• Act as a key liaison between field experience and internal teams to drive continuous product and process improvements.
