A company is looking for a Consumer Customer Experience Program Manager to lead the Consumer Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage core support KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and target achievement
Lead preparation efforts for the next fiscal year, ensuring initiatives are scoped and ready for execution
Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports, providing guidance and support for operational performance
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and deliver integrated customer experience strategies
Qualifications
Experience in Consumer Customer Experience Program Management is required
Prior experience in an ad hoc delivery service company is strongly preferred
Must be data-driven with experience in advanced data analytics
Proven ability to make process improvements and enhance KPIs
